Ojo has been linked with a loan move to Boro this summer as they look to sign wingers to give service to new strikers Martin Braithwaite, Britt Asimbalonga and Ashley Fletcher, but, the move for the Liverpool winger has slowed down.
Boro have now switched their attentions to another Liverpool young winger, Kent. Kent impressed in this preseason and also on loan at Barnsley last season in the Championship.

After an impressive preseason, many lower league clubs have been interested in loaning the winger to help them push onto the bigger leagues and Middlesbrough is the most recent team linked.
Kent and Ojo are both looking for loans away as the likes of Phillipe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino, Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and new signing Mohamed Salah are all fighting for starting places and there’s a very minimal chance the two youngsters will get game time.
Loan moves for both would be great as they’ll be getting a lot of competitive game-time as they look to fill out their potential as future stars at Liverpool and there’s no doubt Jurgen Klopp wants to bring through young talent.
