Tottenham are planning a move for Liverpool target Christian Pulisic this summer, according to Calcio Insider.
Liverpool have been linked with the Borussia Dortmund youngster for weeks and are still “keeping tabs” on the starlet.
Daniel Levy could be set to meet the asking price for the American teenager after Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino urged the chairman to take more risks in the transfer market.

The Reds board could potentially get involved in an auction with Tottenham, however, boss Jurgen Klopp has other targets such as Nabil Fakir and Thomas Lemar, who could now be preferred options.
Pulisic is also reportedly a target for Manchester United and it is no surprise given the 19-year-old is one of the most exciting talents in football.
The Dortmund winger can play on the right and left flanks and could provide another option for both Sadio Mane and player of the year Mo Salah at Anfield.
