Liverpool face the long trip to the AMEX Stadium to play Premier League newcomers Brighton on Saturday.
The newly promoted side have proven to be very organised so far and were unfortunate last week at Old Trafford, only losing thanks to an unfortunate own goal against Manchester United.
Chris Hughton has them well-drilled and the pairing of Lewis Dunk and Shane Duffy has worked really so far for them. They don’t have many household names but will be a tough nut to crack on their own patch and I feel we might need an early goal in this game.
Jurgen Klopp will rotate once again, the news of Joel Matip being injured has forced his hand in defence anyway and it will be interesting to see if Joe Gomez goes to centre back or Ragnar Klavan will return from illness.
The captain, Jordan Henderson, missed out at Stoke during the week so he will also be vying for a starting place again after a rest, as will Philippe Coutinho.
Mo Salah will also be itching to start after coming off the bench to score twice in the midweek victory.
This is another game were Liverpool should be claiming all three points and I think we will do just that, but do feel it could be a tight game and only a narrow win for the Redmen.
Prediction
Brighton 1-2 Liverpool (Murray / Mane, Firmino)
