Combined Liverpool and Arsenal XI

Liverpool turn their attention back to the Premier League on Wednesday night as they take on table-toppers Arsenal at Anfield.

The Reds haven’t had anywhere near as smooth a campaign as the Gunners this term, thanks to a managerial change, inconsistent results, and an even worse injury record than the side from North London.

The two outfits were evenly matched when they met at the Emirates Stadium in August, with both feeling that they perhaps could’ve picked up all three points instead of settling for the 0-0 draw.

But Arsenal have gone from strength to strength since then, and have a real chance of lifting their first league title in over a decade.

Here’s what a combined Liverpool and Arsenal XI would look like.
