Liverpool’s match against relegation-threatened Sunderland on Saturday afternoon is likely to be overshadowed by the announcement from Liverpool’s American owners, FSG, that ticket prices will be increased up to £77 in the new upper section of the Main Stand at the start of next season.
Reds supporters groups have asked fans to join them in a stadium walk out on 77 minutes at Anfield, in protest of the raise in prices.
The game itself should be won by the time the walk-out arrives, but with Liverpool suffering an inconsistent run of form, Sunderland will fancy their chances of picking up three vital points in their bid to survive the drop.
Klopp, earlier this week, confirmed that Coutinho, Sturridge, Origi and Skrtel had returned to full training. However, Klopp today stated that Skrtel will be out for a further two weeks.

Sunderland find themselves four points off safety currently and have lost seven of the last 10 games in the league, conceding twenty-one goals in the process.
Liverpool’s defence has been less than convincing themselves, conceding 19 goals in the last 10 games and only winning three of those 10 in the league.
The Reds and Sunderland both suffered losses mid-week: Liverpool’s a slightly more disappointing to current league leaders Leicester, compared to Sunderland’s more spirited performance against Manchester City.

With both defences seemingly happy to give away goals, this game could be one not to miss. Then again, both teams seem to be missing a goal scorer in attack.
Liverpool will be looking to put a run of good performances together before their Capital One Cup final against Manchester City at the end of the month. Most fans would agree that the league is unlikely to bring any joy this season, therefore, a first trophy in four years would be greatly appreciated by fans and players alike.
