This Saturday, Liverpool face the Premier League champions Leicester City at Anfield in what promises to be a tough game for Jurgen Klopp and his team.
Previous meetings throughout the Premier League era between these two clubs have ended up in close encounters in which the winning team has rarely won by more than two goals. This weekend should be no different with both teams amongst the best in the league.
With Leicester’s quick rise to the top of the Premier League, managing the Champions League only days after this encounter could be a tough ask for Claudio Ranieri and his side. In contrast, Liverpool have no European football to worry about this season.
