Liverpool travel to Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday afternoon. This is the first meeting between these sides since February 2012, where Liverpool demolished Brighton 6-1.

Liverpool will aim to carry on their good recent run of form, whilst Brighton will be looking do the same
I spoke to Connor (@connorwhelan73) about all things Brighton ahead of the clash.
1. Are you happy with the way Brighton’s season has gone so far?
Yes, definitely! I feel we’ve definitely surprised a lot of people and set ourselves up as a Burnley/Bournemouth like team.
2. Which one player should Liverpool be wary of on Saturday?
Pascal Gross, he’s just involved in everything we do going forward and he can find space in most situations.

3. What problems do you see Brighton causing Liverpool at Anfield?
On the counter. We are going to sit back and let you attack (which is a brave move in itself) but against Man Utd, we did the same and were able to counter them well with Anthony Knockaert especially doing well. I see us using the same strategy Saturday.
4. Which Liverpool player has impressed you the most this season?
Mo Salah. If you ask that question to anyone, 9/10 of them will say Salah. He was average at Chelsea, good at Roma but he has been quality for Liverpool.

5. And finally, score prediction?
3-1 Liverpool. The attack is just too strong at this moment. It all depends on how long we can keep it goalless, that will decide on whether it’s 1-0 or 5-0. I feel we will start well but we will concede and have to chase the game.
