Liverpool travel to the Bet365 Stadium tonight to take on Stoke City. The Reds will look to keep the pressure on the top four with a win whilst Stoke will be looking to distance themselves from the relegation zone.
Liverpool’s last visit to Stoke ended in a 2-1 win for the Reds, a win they picked up after going a goal down. Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino were on target that day for Liverpool.

As Liverpool prepare to take on The Potters; I’ve interviewed Stoke City fan Jamie – @JeymarHD – ahead of the clash:
1. Are you happy with Stoke’s season so far?
We had a tough start to the season fixture wise – to which I think we did well. The 1-0 win vs. Arsenal and the 2-2 draw with Man Utd saw us get some tough points on the board but since then, we’ve had a run of winnable fixtures which we’ve failed to capitalise on. We could have, and should have, won our last two away matches against Brighton and Crystal Palace, but on the other hand, I didn’t expect us to pick up three points at Vicarage Road. Overall, I’m content with the season so far but there is definitely room for improvement.

2. What problems do you see Stoke causing Liverpool on Wednesday?
When we come up against a bigger team at home we always seem to try that bit harder and there is always more desire from the players, so I think that in general could be a problem but I can see us causing the biggest problems through the front three. I don’t think breaking our defence down will be a problem for you.
3. Which one player should Liverpool be wary of?
Xherdan Shaqiri. He has the ability to get a goal out of nothing, as seen in our last match against Palace.

4. Who has impressed you most from Liverpool’s side this season?
It has to be Mohamed Salah, the Premier League’s current top scorer with an average of just over a goal every 100 minutes. I thought he wasn’t given a good enough opportunities at Chelsea and that he was exceptional at Roma. A very good signing.
5. And finally, score prediction?
2-2. A tight and entertaining game. I can’t see either side keeping a clean sheet.
