When Liverpool took an early lead against West Ham thanks to a goal from Adam Lallana, many fans inside Anfield expected the floodgates to open but that wasn’t to be the case.
A Dimitri Payet free-kick followed by a goal from Michail Antonio have the visitors a 2-1 lead at half-time.
The Reds came out the blocks quickly after the break and were back level thanks to a fourth goal in four games from Divock Origi.
The home side pushed and pushed for a third goal but couldn’t quite get everything to click, despite some nice interplay at times, so they had to settle for a point.
The result leaves Liverpool in third place, six points behind leaders Chelsea and three behind second placed Arsenal.
