Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana has given the Reds a massive injury boost by returning to full training with the first-team squad.
The Liverpool Echo report that the midfielder, who incidentally turns 30 today, was not holding back in training and was seen throwing himself into challenges only a short time after returning to the group.
Lallana has struggled with injury all season and didn’t make his first appearance until the end of November.
He soon suffered another setback, before seeing another come-back in March last only five minutes, meaning he has made just 13 appearances this campaign.

Lallana’s return is sure to delight Jurgen Klopp, with the treatment room at Melwood become increasingly busier in recent times.
Klopp is already without midfiedlers Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Emre Can, whilst defenders Joel Matip and Joe Gomez will also miss the rest of the season.
The Reds have two matches left to play, at home to Brighton this Sunday before the Champions League final against Real Madrid in just over two weeks and having Lallana available, even from the bench, will be a huge boost for a Liverpool squad which is looking rather thin.
