Liverpool have confirmed that young defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has signed a new long-term contract.
The club have announced that Alexander-Arnold has committed his future to the Reds by penning his new deal.
Liverpool have no stated the duration of his new contract, but it is expected to be in the region of four-five-years.
The 18-year-old made his breakthrough in the first-team last season, making 12 appearances for the Jurgen Klopp’s side at fullback.

The defender made seven Premier League appearances and will be looking to challenge Nathaniel Clyne for a place in the team next season.
Klopp rates Alexander-Arnold, which is highlighted in this next extended contract for the promising academy product.
Liverpool have already made a big move in the transfer market this summer in signing Mo Salah from Roma for a club-record bid.
They were, however, embarrassed after being forced into an apology over their pursuit of Southampton defender Virgil Van Dijk.
