Young Liverpool midfielder Allan Rodrigues de Souza has moved to Cypriot side Apollon Limassol on a season long loan, the club has confirmed.
This is not the first time that Allan has been sent out on loan. He has previously had spells with Finnish side SJK, Belgian team Sint-Truidense and German outfit Hertha BSC.

Allan joined Liverpool in 2015 from Inter Milan. While he is yet to make an appearances for Liverpool, across his loan spells he has accumulated 33 appearances and has scored once. He has also played at U20 level for Brazil and has six caps but is yet to score his first international goal.
Apollon Limassol will feature in the group stages of the Europa League, having defeated Danish side Midtjylland in the play-off round.
Liverpool are reportedly keen to get De Souza involved at the club but are finding it difficult to get him a work permit. They’ll hope that his time in Cyprus could help him meet the relevant requirements to get one next year.
