Napoli forward Arkadiusz Milik was robbed at gunpoint just hours after his side defeated Liverpool in the Champions League.
As reported by Naples-based newspaper Il Mattino, the Polish star was driving at 2am, through the Varcaturo district of Naples, when he was set upon by the gunmen.
A motorbike reportedly blocked his path in the road, before a gunman pointed a firearm at him and demanded that he hand over his Rolex watch.
The watch was worth a staggering £18,000 and after taking it, the gunmen left on motorcycles, leaving Milik shaken but unharmed.

This isn’t the first instance of Napoli players being robbed in similar circumstances.
Captain Marek Hamsik was robbed in similar circumstances back 2013, whilst Lorenzo Insigne suffered a similar ordeal in 2016.
