Barcelona have reportedly made a new £138m bid for Philippe Coutinho but Liverpool are still expected to reject it.
Twitter: Very late one but told Barcelona have made a new bid of £138m for Philippe Coutinho. Liverpool still not expected to accept #lfc (@ed_aarons)
Coutinho’s future came into huge question when Neymar joined PSG, as Barcelona were looking for a replacement and Coutinho, like most other players, was tempted to a move to the Catalan giants.

Liverpool’s stance all window has been that the Brazilian will not be sold and they have rejected every bid that came in for him.
Although the English transfer window has ended, there is still a day left in Spain, where Spanish clubs can buy players from other Spanish clubs or anywhere abroad.
However, if reports are true that Liverpool won’t budge, even if the bids are extortionate.
Coutinho who is currently on international duty is expected to return and take his place in an attack which consists of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, all three of whom have started the season very well.
