Fabio Borini’s agent is requesting talks with the Liverpool hierarchy to receive clarification about the striker’s future.
The Italian striker has played a bit part role in the Reds’ season and the Reds appear to be willing to let him leave.
Already seemingly surplus to requirements, the arrivals of Danny Ings and Divock Origi will see Borini move lower down in the pecking order.
It is thought that several Premier League and Italian clubs are interested in the 24-year-old.
Some clubs want the player on loan but Liverpool are seemingly against that idea.
His agent was quoted in the Liverpool Echo as saying: “Soon we will have to talk to Liverpool.
“Several teams have asked for Fabio on loan but the Liverpool board have always refused, especially in light of the £10m bid that was rejected last year from Sunderland.”
