Michael Zorc, sporting director at Borussia Dortmund, has said he ‘knows nothing’ about Christian Pulisic potentially moving to Anfield.
The attacking midfielder has been on Liverpool’s radar for a while and Jurgen Klopp is said to be desperate to bring him to England.
Klopp saw a £11 million bid for the American swiftly rejected two years ago, but the Merseyside club has not given up hope of getting their man.
At just 19 years old, Pulisic is a very valuable asset to the Bundesliga side, meaning it will take significantly more than £11 million to prise him away from the Black and Yellows.
Speaking to Bild, Zorc said:
I’m in constant contact with Jurgen Klopp, but I know nothing about [interst in Pulisic].
Pulisic has been tipped as the “first American superstar”, and there are plenty of other clubs interested in the teenager, including Manchester United, Arsenal and Bayern Munich.

The youngster is yet to sign a new contract at Dortmund as he has just two years remaining on his current deal.
