The German international has been on the sidelines since the end of March due to a back injury and was a massive doubt to play in the final in Kiev.
Can is out of contract at Anfield in the summer and is reportedly set for an imminent transfer to Juventus, so this could be his final appearance for Liverpool.

The midfielder has played in nine Champions League games this season for the Reds, including the qualification round, and has scored one goal in the process.
There is no news on whether the German international will be in the starting eleven or the bench to face Real Madrid, who are hoping to win their third Champions League in a row.
Klopp will be without Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain due to his knee injury, so having an additional midfielder available is sure to come as a big boost.
