Liverpool forward Danny Ings has played down suggestions that he will leave the club in the near future, as per a report from the Express.
In the recent transfer window in January he was heavily linked with a move away from the club, with several clubs interested in a loan deal.
Rafa Benitez’s Newcastle were linked with a loan move for the striker opted to stay at Anfield.
He gained the move to Anfield after some fine form at Burnley in which he scored 26 goals in 45 games and he is now keen to make his mark on the side.

He is keen to prove his worth on the side and is working his way back into the side which will be tough with Roberto Firmino performing so well this season.
He has two-and-a-half years left to run on this deal and he is keen to show Jurgen Klopp just what he can bring to the side before the end of the season.
The former Burnley man spoke about his current situation:
I’ve always wanted to be here. I know a lot of people expected me to leave the club because I wasn’t involved for a long period of time and was playing Under-23’s football.
That’s understandable. But all I wanted to do was to play here and I owed it to myself to give myself the best chance of trying to break into the team.
