Liverpool are riding on the crest of a wave this season, following a quite remarkable campaign to date.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have picked up 73 points from a possible 75, winning winning 24 and drawing one of their Premier League games.
It means the Reds are now 22 points clear of champions Manchester City, needing just 18 more to secure a first league title since way back in 1990.
On top of that, they are the reigning Champions League and Club World Cup winners, in what has been a memorable 12 months in the club’s history.
This is a Liverpool side full of superstars, whether it be Alisson and Virgil van Dijk at the back, or Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane in attack.
