Marko Grujic is currently on loan at German side Hertha Berlin after not being able to make an impact at Liverpool and now the German side want to keep the midfielder at the club as they look to strengthen for next season.
The German maestro has helped his side to a top-half finish as it stands and has been impressive during his time at the club hence why the Germans are hoping for his return.

Grujic joined the Merseyside club from Red Star Belgrade in the winter transfer window of 2016 but had only managed to make 14 appearances for his parent club before going out to Hertha Berlin on loan this season.
At this moment, the 23-year-old does not look like he will be in Jurgen Klopp’s plan going forward so another move away from the club looks likely.

According to Bild, via Sport Witness and the Liverpool Echo, the director of football for the German side are set to sit down with Liverpool to try and strike a deal for the player.
After the champion fight in England is over, I’ll now call Jurgen Klopp.
The Serbian was the Reds’ first signing in the Jurgen Klopp era at Anfield but it looks like midfielder’s time at the club is coming to an end.
