Jurgen Klopp believes Raphinha is his ‘ideal replacement’ for Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, according to Sport [via Sport Witness].
The Brazilian has been superb for Leeds United this season, helping them to 10th place in the Premier League and chipping in with four goals and assists apiece.
Numerous reports have linked Liverpool with Raphinha in recent days and a fresh one has now emerged.
It is stated that the 24-year-old is viewed as a top class option to come in this summer, with Leeds knowing it ‘will be very difficult’ to keep hold of the winger.

Raphinha looks a wonderful talent and it is easy to envisage him shining in this Liverpool team.
Blessed with Salah’s ability to drift in from the right-hand side and wreak haovc with his left foot, he also possesses a work-rate that is demanded by Marcelo Bielsa – something else that will appeal to Klopp.
The hope is that both Salah and Mane stay put and Raphinha joins as a squad option initially, however, improving the depth at Klopp’s disposal.
Over time, it could then be that Diogo Jota and Raphinha become Liverpool’s new dynamic wing pairing.
