Paul Joyce has confirmed that Alisson could be out for up to a fortnight, meaning he is touch and go to face Tottenham later this month.
Liverpool have a host of injury problems to contend with, with the Brazilian the latest high-profile absentee.
Alisson missed Tuesday’s 1-0 win over Ajax at Anfield, with Caoimhin Kelleher thriving in his absence.
Writing for the Times after the game, Joyce said the 28-year-old will be out ‘for the next ten to 14 days.’
Liverpool host Spurs on December 16th, meaning Alisson may not be fit by the time that top-of-the-table Premier League clash arrives.
There is no confirmation that he is out, but it looks as though the matches against Wolves, Midtjylland and Fulham will come too soon for him.

This is another potential major blow for Liverpool, considering Alisson is arguably the best goalkeeper in the world.
His presence is so huge without Virgil van Dijk around, so the Reds are going to have to dig deep without yet another influential figure in the team.
The Spurs game could end up being pivotal in the title race, should Jose Mourinho’s side continue to impress, so the hope is that Alisson will be available by then.
If he is out, Kelleher, or Adrian, will be under huge pressure to perform.
