Liverpool remain keen to land Ajax star David Neres’ signature after a brilliant performance against Italian giants Juventus on Tuesday night, knocking them out of the Champions League.
The 22-year-old Brazillian winger is a hot prospect in the world of football, currently being eyed up by several other Premier League teams, including Everton, Manchester United and Arsenal.
According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal scouts took a trip to the Allianz Stadium during the second leg of Juventus vs Ajax and saw the youngster in action as the Old Lady were knocked out of the competition.

The tricky winger was an important part of the match again, scoring in the first leg, and it is easy to see why he is in demand.
Ajax have already rejected a bid reported to be £37.5 million from Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande in January, however, Neres wants to further his career at a Premier League side.
Jurgen Klopp is keen to add to his attacking forces at Liverpool, with Bayer Leverkusen winger Julian Brandt also on their radar, in an attempt to keep the main men at Anfield on their toes.
With Liverpool consistently competing in the Champions League and even challenging for the Premier League title this season, you can imagine a move to Anfield would be tempting.
