A number of Liverpool fans have been reacting to the news that Ozan Kabak is available to face Manchester City this weekend, having gained international clearance.
The Reds host the current Premier League leaders on Sunday afternoon, in what represents a must-win game for the champions.
Wednesday’s 1-0 defeat at home to Brighton was another terrible result in an increasingly frustrating season, with Liverpool plagued by injuries and now seven points behind City, having played one match more.
The Reds’ centre-back crisis sees Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip all ruled out for the rest of the season, so the arrival as Kabak at the start of the week was a big bonus.
On Friday, Klopp confirmed that the 20-year-old was available for selection this weekend, but didn’t say whether or not he would start at Anfield.
