Maxwel Cornet scored twice and Moussa Dembele struck the back of the net as Lyon cruised to a comfortable victory in the Ligue 1 affair.
Liverpool are said to have made notes on Ndombele, Aouar and Depay, who all started the match. Ndombele and Aouar were paired as a midfield two and Depay lead the line up front.
All three have impressed for Lyon throughout the campaign, with Ndombele and Aouar both 22 and under, whilst Depay is 25, and could be targets for Jurgen Klopp as he looks to improve his squad.
