Liverpool set to loan out Grabara once again

According to the Football Insider, Liverpool are going to loan out 20-year-old goalkeeper Kamil Grabara this summer.

The Polish U21 international spent the second half of last season with Danish side Aarhus GF.

Grabara joined Liverpool in 2016 from Polish side Ruch Chorzow for a fee of around £250,000.

The goalkeeper, who stands at a massive 6ft 4in tall, is yet to make an official appearance for the Reds, but he was on the substitutes’ bench for Reds in their 2-1 defeat to Chelsea in the Carabao Cup last season, in what was his first appearance in the first-team squad.

It’s said that Klopp rates the 20-year-old highly but doesn’t think he’s ready for the Liverpool first team just yet as he wants the youngster to get regular football elsewhere.

Simon Mignolet is looking increasingly likely to leave Liverpool this summer, which could create an opening in the goalkeeper department at Anfield.

Grabara is currently in action with the Polish U21s at the European Championships and was in fine form against Italy recently.
