Liverpool appear to have missed out on the signing of Hakim Ziyech, who is set to join Roma.
As per a report from Calcio Mercato, Ajax manager Eric Ten Hag, who was speaking to Voetball International, confirmed the player will be joining the Serie A side.
I know he already has another deal, it’s a great loss. If you love football, you love Hakim Ziyech.

The Morrocan international has been heavily linked with moves to both Roma and Liverpool after a standout season in the Eredivisie.
The player will sign a five-year deal in Rome and the deal is set to cost somewhere in the region of €30-€35 million.
He has been widely expected to move on from the Eredivisie this summer after impressing last season, in a campaign that saw him notch as many as 15 assists.
Ziyech had been identified as a possible alternative to Nabil Fekir, who continues to be linked with a summer move to Anfield.
The French midfielder is a key target for Jurgen Klopp, but a move has been complicated by a deal falling through at the last minute.
