Liverpool’s FA Cup third round clash with Aston Villa on Friday night will go ahead, with the Villains fielding a team of youngsters, BBC Sport report.
There has been doubt over the game taking place after a number of Villa players tested positive for the virus currently affecting the world.
It has now been confirmed that the meeting at Villa Park will happen, but Dean Smith and his senior players will not be involved.
Liverpool will be looking to avenge their humiliating 7-2 defeat to Villa in the Premier League back in October.

There is no denying that this hugely strengthens the Reds’ chances of reaching the fourth round, considering they will be coming up against youth team players.
Granted, Jurgen Klopp is expected to ring the changes, but there should still be plenty of established figures on show, such as Xherdan Shaqiri and Takumi Minamino.
These fringe players will be desperate to seize their chance – with Liverpool struggling for form, they could even push for a starting berth against Manchester United if they shine on Friday.
