Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is already focusing on his side’s upcoming game against Manchester United, and feels that it is a fantastic opportunity for the Reds to turn their poor form around.
United will visit Anfield on the 14th of October, after the international break, and are likely to be without star midfielder Paul Pogba, who is having trouble with a hamstring injury endured against Basel in his side’s first Champions League game of the season.

Mignolet, speaking to Liverpool’s official website, is ready to go out and get a result against the Red Devils:
We have to keep looking forward, keep our heads up and make sure when we come back after the international break we go again against Manchester United, which is a big game and something to turn things right for us.
Liverpool have won just one of their last seven games in all competitions, getting knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Leicester City and picking up just two points from a possible six in the Champions League, before their most recent game ending in a 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.
However, Mignolet isn’t concerned about recent results and is instead looking ahead to what is to come:
Everybody will be away in another environment and when they come back we’ve got that one to look forward to.

I’m sure everybody will be focused on their international duties now but when they are back they have a big game to look forward to. We will be ready for it.
Mignolet is in the Belgium squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers — although the impressive Belgian Red Devils as they are otherwise known, are already qualified for the tournament which will take place in Russia next summer.
