German club Borussia Monchengladbach have reportedly withdrawn their interest in Liverpool youngster Rhian Brewster.
Journalist Ronan Murphy cites German site Kicker in saying that Brewster might not become the latest in a line of English phenoms moving abroad.

The 18-year-old rose to prominence last year as he scored eight goals in the U17 World Cup in India.

Brewster was a key player as they won the tournament and the striker won the Golden Boot for his attacking achievements.
There has been plenty of controversy regarding Gladbach’s approach for the player, with the Telegraph reporting that club officials spoke to Brewster without permission from Liverpool.
The Reds are so unhappy with the matter that they have cancelled a friendly against the club that was scheduled for the start of August, and have warned them that they are prepared to report the matter to FIFA should it go any further.
Brewster has not yet signed professional terms with Liverpool despite being eligible to since April 1, and is still contracted under a scholarship deal.
