Ligue 1 side Nice are interested in a January move for Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, according to a report from Het Belang van Limburg, a news outlet from Mignolet’s homeland, Belgium.
Nice, who are managed by former Arsenal and Manchester City star Patrick Vieira, and he is apparently unhappy with his two current goalkeepers.
The French legend is not thrilled with both of Yoan Cardinale and Walter Benitez and as such, he’s got an eye on Mignolet, who is very much out of favour at Anfield.

The 30-year-old has played just one game this season as Alisson is firmly the club’s first-choice and as such, he is keen to make a move.
Mignolet wanted to leave in the summer but having loaned Loris Karius to Besiktas, Liverpool kept the Belgian as cover for Alisson.
Whether Liverpool would be willing to cash in on Mignolet remains to be seen as letting him go would result in youngster Caoimhin Kelleher becoming the club’s number two.
