Liverpool may have been handed an early transfer boost as heavily linked SS Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic nears an unamicable departure.
The 26-year-old ace has seemingly been on the radar at Anfield for some time and could now be facing an exit from the Serie A club following a fallout with manager Maurizio Sarri.
🚨 The relationship between Maurizio Sarri and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic 🇷🇸 is at an all-time low. A farewell to Lazio in the summer seems obvious and watch out if big offers arrive in January.👀 #Lazio

Milinkovic-Savic has been a regular feature for I Biancocelesti this season and has earned an impressive 7.22 Sofascore rating in 17 league outings.
Despite the strong performances, Calciomercato has claimed that the Serbian is likely to move on in 2022.
The report claims that Sarri is ‘angry’ with the former KRC Genk star as Juventus and Manchester United also circle.
So far this season the 28 times capped Serb has scored five times and provided five assists in 23 appearances across all competitions.

Valued at £63million and under contract in Italy until 2024 (Transfermarkt), the report claims it would cost at least €75million (£63.8million) to land Milinkovic-Savic.
Predominantly a box to box midfielder, the Serbian would provide a long-term replacement for Gini Wijnaldum in Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
Boasting a host of strong attributes, whilst the finances involved are huge, taking this opportunity to sign Lazio outcast.
