UEFA hand out 40 medals to the winners and it’s up to the club to decide who they are given to.
Coutinho played five matches for Jurgen Klopp’s side in the group stages and contributed with five goals.
It’s up to Liverpool to decide if Coutinho’s group stage contribution was worthy of a medal, if the Reds do add to their trophy cabinet.
The likes of Marko Grujic (on loan at Cardiff) and Daniel Sturridge (on loan at West Brom) are also eligible for medals if the Reds win the competition.
