Liverpool could be about to enter the race to sign Chelsea target Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal this summer.
According to Ian McGarry, who was speaking on the Transfer Window Podcast, the Reds are keeping tabs on the player’s situation, as he continues to be linked with moves away from the Emirates.
There’s a little bit of interest from Liverpool, I understand. I think there’s no vacancy at Liverpool right now following the arrival of Fabinho and Naby Keita but Ramsey would certainly be a very good addition to Jurgen Klopp’s squad as a creative box-to-box midfielder.
Chelsea and even Barcelona have been linked with the Welshman in recent weeks, with the player yet to sign a new deal that would see him commit his future to the Gunners.
Maurizio Sarri’s men have been leading the race to sign him this summer, but it is yet to be seen whether or not he will pen a new deal.

New Arsenal boss Unai Emery is keen to make the player a key figure in his new-look side, but he could leave for nothing next summer if he does not put pen to paper.
Liverpool have already strengthened in midfield this summer, with the additions of Fabinho and Naby Keita, but could look to add another name with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain due to be sidelined for some time.
