Liverpool, on the back of two successive draws against Leicester City and West Ham United respectively, will be looking to get back to winning ways when they face Bournemouth at Anfield this weekend.

Whilst a few horror moments against Eddie Howe’s men still stick out in the memory, such as the infamous 4-3 loss back in 2016, the Reds have enjoyed plenty of success over The Cherries.

Despite Liverpool’s excellent league position, the two draws, combined with Man City’s two wins, have seemingly dampened spirits somewhat, but there are still plenty of reasons to be cheerful.

Liverpool know that a point against Bournemouth will take them back to the top of the league, but they’ll be striving for all three points to put a nicer cushion between themselves and both Manchester City and Tottenham, both of whom don’t play until Sunday.
