Liverpool and Arsenal will have to pay £6.8 million for the services of Karim Adeyemi, according to Sport, via the Express.
The 17-year-old currently plays for FC Liefering but is on the books of Salzburg, who act as a feeder club for the former.
Liverpool have reportedly shown an interest in bringing Adeyemi to Anfield, with Arsenal willing to rival them.
The young German has played against the Reds’ Under-18s for Salzburg this season, in the UEFA Youth League.
Barcelona are another team tipped to sign him, with academy Patrick Kluivert believed to be a big admirer of the striker.

Adeyemi is a big talent, so it is exciting to see Liverpool being linked with acquiring his signature.
If he did join the Reds, he would likely spend time at the academy to begin with, rather than being thrown into the first-team squad.
He would be seen as a long-term option rather than a quick fix, with Jurgen Klopp so often behind the idea of bringing in young talent.
