Liverpool have made a formal transfer offer for Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe, according to reports from Spain.
The report from El Desmarque, as cited by HITC, claims that the Reds have tabled a former offer for the 21-year-old striker, who has scored 90 goals in 120 games for PSG.

In truth, it’s very difficult to think that Liverpool have made an offer for Mbappe, especially in the current financial climate.
Whilst Mbappe would be a great signing for pretty much every side in world football, so if there was any chance of Liverpool signing him, pretty much every Reds’ fan on the planet would likely be jumping for joy.
However, such is the talent and age of the World Cup winning forward, the cost to take him from PSG would almost certainly be atronomical.
Whilst Liverpool might have funds available to them after not spending much last summer and having reached the Champions League final, it’s difficult to see them looking to sign Mbappe at this time, as much as fans would like for that not to be the case!
