Real Madrid are eyeing up a move for Roberto Firmino next summer, according to Todofichajes.
The Liverpool superstar is apparently wanted by the La Liga giants, with Florentino Perez seeing him as a strong option to bolster the team ahead of the 2021/22 season.
The report also suggests that Firmino is considering his future at Anfield for the first time, as he potentially plans a new challenge.
The Reds’ No.9 scored his first goal of the season at the weekend, drawing Liverpool level in their eventual 2-1 win at home to Sheffield United in the Premier League.

I don’t see why Firmino would want to trade Liverpool for Madrid, considering the differing fortunes of both sides currently.
The Reds remain arguably Europe’s best team, whereas the Spanish heavyweights are not the side they once were, when they won four Champions League titles in five seasons between 2014 and 2018.
Many South American players do dream about playing for Madrid or Barcelona, however, so it may appeal to the Brazilian to ply his trade at the Santiago Bernabeu.
It is worth stressing that Firmino will be 30 next year, and his form hasn’t been good of late, so cashing in on him may not be the most ludicrous idea.
That being said, he remains an integral part of this Liverpool side, with his work on and off the ball proving to the perfect foil for Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
Only a huge bid would surely even make Jurgen Klopp consider the idea of moving Firmino on.
