Mohamed Salah has provided a coy update on his Liverpool future, failing to rule out a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid.
The 28-year-old has been a sensational signing by the Reds, scoring 110 goals in 173 appearances since arriving from Roma in 2017.
Salah added two more goals to his tally on Saturday afternoon, as Liverpool dismantled Crystal Palace 7-0 at Selhurst Park.
Speaking to AS, the Egyptian said he couldn’t predict the future, perhaps hinting that a move to Spain could materialise at some point:
I think Madrid and Barcelona are two top clubs.
Who knows what will happen in the future, but right now I am focused on winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Liverpool again.
That’s a tough question, but right now I can say that everything is in the hands of the club.
Of course I want to break records here and, I repeat, all the club records, but everything is in the hands of the club.

Losing Salah would be an immense blow for Liverpool, considering he is one of the world’s best players currently.
The Reds’ No.11 is absolutely relentless in the final third – almost without realising it, he currently leads the Premier League scoring charts again this season.
At 28, there is a worry that Salah may want one more big move in his career, heading to Barca or Real while he is still at the peak of his powers.
In many ways, he couldn’t be at a better club than Liverpool right now, but the lure of the two La Liga giants will always be great for many players.
