Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reportedly been ‘blown away’ by the performances of young keeper Caoimhin Kelleher in training
The Liverpool Echo write that the 19-year-old is now considered third-choice goalkeeper at the club behind Alissson Becker and Simon Mignolet.
Kelleher featured heavily for the Reds in pre-season, including playing between the sticks against Manchester United and City.
The Irish youth international joined the club in 2015 from Ringmahon Rangers and was spotted warming up with Alisson and Mignolet ahead of Saturday’s 1-0 win over Brighton.

The goalkeeping set-up at Anfield has been the topic of much conversation over recent years, with Lloris Karius’ infamous performance in the Champions League final still fresh in the minds of Liverpool fans.
The German has since joined Turkish outfit Besiktas on a two-year loan deal where he will look to regain his best form.
Alisson, who joined for a then world record fee of £67m for a goalkeeper in the summer, is Klopp’s number one and has not conceded a goal in his three competitive outings for the club.
Reserve goalkeeper Danny Ward also left the club this summer, meaning Kelleher has found himself thrown into the first-team setup ahead of another youngster in Kamil Grabara.
