Although it is unknown as to exactly who Liverpool do have available against Villa, Chirivella is likely to be one of the more experienced heads at 22-years-old. The Spaniard has been at Liverpool since 2013 and made seven first-team appearances for the club.
It will be a superb opportunity for him to display his leadership skills and help the club reach the semi-finals, against what is likely to be a senior Aston Villa side. Chirivella will need to help the rest of the young squad keep their heads, with it being a great occasion for them to represent the first-team – despite the strange circumstances surrounding the decision.
