Dejan Lovren has been named in Croatia’s Preliminary World Cup squad ahead of the tournament with begins in July.
He is the only player named in the squad to play in the Premier League.
Lovren also scored his first Anfield goal in the Premier League, in their 4-0 win over Brighton.
The win also confirmed they place in next season’s Champions League, for the second successive time under Klopp.
His inclusion in the World Cup Squad also suggests that he is now on good terms with coach Ante Cacic..
Lovren had endured a rocky relationship with Cacic, having been left out of the Euro 2016 squad and his exclusion saw both sides exchanging words in the public eye.

His season at Liverpool has been revived with introduction of Virgil van Dijk as they have established themselves as strong and resilient centre back pairing.
Earlier in the season, Lovren was paired up with Joel Matip and this proved to be a good partnership at the start.
However, Matip picked up injuries along the way resulting in the back four being reshuffled and it also showed signs of lacking consistency.
Lovren himself made a few errors during the course of the season but he also been remarkable in adapting to new partnerships.
The arrival of Van Dijk stabilised the central defence position. Lovren is a natural right sided player whilst Van Dijk prefers the left side.
With Lovren playing in his favoured side, he excelled and showed fans how good he can be.
