Whilst plenty of things change in life, some things remain constant and one of those is that there’ll always be Liverpool fans ready to make fun of Everton and that has been the case today.
Everton face Aston Villa on Friday Night Football, which means the Blues will have a chance to go to the top of the Premier League table if they can beat the newly-promoted side at Villa Park, on the basis that they’ll have played a game more than the current top two; Liverpool and Arsenal.
When the official Sky Sports account tweeted about Everton’s chances to go to the top of the table, these Liverpool fans couldn’t help but have a laugh at their expense.
