Borussia Dortmund would require a fee of over £60 million to let Christian Pulisic go this Summer, according to Goal.
Pulisic is wanted by several top European sides, with Liverpool being one of the teams looking at the American midfielder.
With a deal for Nabil Fekir looking unlikely, Liverpool could make a move for the American instead of the World Cup winning midfielder.

Pulisic has struggled to recapture the form he once showed for Dortmund, with the midfielder having an inconsistent season last time out.
£60 million is a high asking price for Pulisic, meaning that Liverpool could be priced out of the move. This comes after big moves for the Reds this Summer, with the captures of Alisson and Fabinho taking a big chunk out of the Red’s transfer budget.
