Steven Gerrard has been linked with a switch to Scottish Premiership side Rangers.
The Guardian report that the Liverpool legend and current under 18’s boss has been linked with a move to Scotland, as Rangers create the shortlist for their next manager.
Graeme Murty was appointed as interim boss in October after the sacking of Pedro Caixinha but is unlikely to be handed the role on a full time basis.

Rangers currently sit second in the Scottish Premiership but are helpless to stop Celtic from winning the league yet again to complete a league and cup double.
This would be Gerrard’s first role outside of Liverpool, and would see the former UEFA Champions League winner take charge of a first team for the first time.
Gerrard was spotted at Ibrox in March, whilst Rangers chairman Dave King was at Anfield on Tuesday as Liverpool beat Roma in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final.
