Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has been taken off injured in the crucial clash with Napoli.
The Brazilian was taken off after being seen to on the pitch, with the player looking like he had suffered a problem with his leg.

The midfielder was set to miss the next game anyway due to suspension, but this injury worry presents a new problem for Jurgen Klopp.
The severity of the injury will not be known yet, but the fact that the player could not continue is not good news for the Reds.

As if falling behind wasn’t bad enough, losing Fabinho is a huge blow for Liverpool.
The Brazilian has established himself as a key player, and will force Klopp to shake up his team yet again.
Liverpool do have players who can replace him, but it just won’t be the same quality as the Brazilian midfielder.
