Liverpool forward Jerome Sinclair is reportedly close to an exit from Anfield after no conclusion has been reached regarding his contract negotiations with the club.
The promising 19-year-old striker’s contract expires at the end of the season and Liverpool will be concerned over why talks with Sinclair have come to a standstill.
The Liverpool Echo claim it is unclear still whether or not Sinclair will remain at the club, however if he does opt to sign for another English side, Liverpool will be entitled to some compensation decided by a tribunal.
If Sinclair is signed by a pre-contract agreement, the Reds will receive a sum of £250,000.

First team chances for Sinclair have been hard to come by for the forward this season under Jurgen Klopp, as the exciting youngster has featured in the match-day squad just twice this season, being an unused substitute on both occasions.
Sinclair’s only involvement for Liverpool this season has been leading the line for the Under-21 side.
