Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen has been linked with a move away from Anfield with Leicester City, Southampton and Stoke City all reportedly keen on signing the Welshman.
According to the Daily Star, Allen is now seen as surplus to requirements by new manager Jurgen Klopp and a move away from Liverpool is looking more likely.
Allen joined Liverpool for £15m from Swansea back in 2013 and has made 75 appearances for the club. He was signed by Brendan Rodgers shortly after the Northern Irishman left the Swans to take over as the Reds manager.
The Welsh international was substituted in Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Rubin Kazan last week and also made an appearance off the bench against Tottenham.

Leicester, Stoke and Southampton are among the candidates to capture Allen in January but the Welshman would, as per the Daily Star, prefer a move back to his former club Swansea City.
It is unclear whether it would be a permanent move or a loan if Allen leaves the club.
