Jurgen Klopp would like to ‘lure’ Marc-Andre ter Stegen to Anfield according to Spanish outlet Sport (amongst others).
Klopp is reportedly unconvinced by the two main ‘keepers he has at his disposal at Liverpool.

Simon Mignolet is the club’s number one, but he is prone to the odd shaky game from time to time, although he has improved over recent months after a dire spell under former manager Brendan Rodgers.
Adam Bogdan joined the club this summer in a move that looked very much like he’d take up bench warming duties. That’s been the way things have panned out, with Bogdan making just a handful of appearances.

Ter Stegen, by contrast to Mignolet, is not Barcelona’s number one. He shares goalkeeping time with Claudio Bravo, and that would be something Klopp is keen to stress as a positive of joining Liverpool, say Sport.
Despite this speculation, German journalist Raphael Honigstein said last night on BT Sport that he believes Klopp is content with Simon Mignolet as his ‘keeper.
Whether Liverpool’s new manager does indeed go for Ter Stegen, or another stopper, for that matter, is largely unknown. You’d expect him to want to add to his squad somewhere, however, at some point.
