Timo Werner’s future continues to be a major talking point, as he eyes up a potential move to Liverpool.
The RB Leipzig star seems to be angling towards joining the Reds, as he looks to join the Jurgen Klopp revolution at Anfield.
He has scored 27 goals in all competitions this season, adding eight assists for good measure.
As each week passes, the more it looks as though Werner is Liverpool’s primary transfer target, as they look to go up another gear next season.
The Reds aren’t the only team being linked with the German international, however, with Manchester United one of those thought to be eyeing him up.
On Tuesday, a United fan on Twitter talked up his side’s chances of signing Werner, only to get a brilliant response from Leipzig’s official account, mocking Liverpool’s bitter rivals.
